We are a non-stock, non-profit organization that aims to help our Overseas Filipino Contract Workers, their beneficiaries as well as Filipinos as a whole who are in need of help.
Balikbayan OfCW Foundation, Inc. aims to offer free medical assistance to our primary beneficiaries, the Balikbayan, Overseas Filipino Contract workers and our fellow poor Filipinos. Our ultimate goal is to put up a Balikbayan Medical Center with the latest technology equipment, well-trained physicians, surgeons, nurses, medical technologists, physical therapist, and staff who are ready to attend to medical needs and complicated health problems being experienced today.
It all started in a family composed of a mother who independently raised her three young daughters despite hardships and difficulties in a third world country as the Philippines. Coping with all odds of life to raise a decent, respectable, close family ties despite personal differences and weaknesses as well as progressively working and adjusting to the realities of life as it comes, from day to day.
From operating a simple company, engage in a discount and privilege card with markets primarily for BALIKBAYANS and Overseas Filipino Contract Workers (OFCW) which was formed and operated locally with branches in different countries in Asia, USA and other western countries, for many years, conceived an idea to help and support the needs of the OFCW's. Based on findings, actual personal experiences, observations, associations and interviews with the OFCW's thus formed the BALIKBAYAN OFCW FOUNDATION, INC. Through this foundation, we will enable to help and assist the needs of OFCWs and Filipinos as a whole, categorized according to education, social status and working experiences.

Vision and Mission
Our mission is to provide free basic education through Scholarship Programs and Medical Services for free for our main beneficiaries, the Balikbayans, the Overseas Filipino Contract Workers (OFCW) and the needy Filipinos in general.
The global conditions nowadays are not favorable to achieve a healthy lifestyle due to Air Pollution, the consumption of Genetically Engineered Organisms (GEO), unhealthy living and deteriorating social conditions that led to the existence of certain curable and incurable diseases.
Therefore the vision of Balikbayan OFCW Foundation, Inc. to offer free medical assistance to our primary beneficiaries, the Balikbayans, Overseas Filipino Contract workers and our fellow poor Filipinos.
