In the face of natural and man-made disasters, we do not tell the victims to "Keep yourselves warm and well fed" Instead we seek to provide for their physical needs, so each of us according to what we can afford from the heart must extend help so as to uplift the feelings of comfort and security of our fellowmen. So, it goes with the saying, "It is more a blessing to give than to receive," because no material things can compare the feeling of joy in giving to the helpless and needy souls.
